With inspiration drawn from 1930-40 bikes like Moto Major 350 and BMW R7 Prototype, the GT has a carbon fiber girder fork, suspension from Öhlins, brakes from ISR, Dymag carbon fiber wheels and the carbon fiber monocoque chassis incorporates the airbox and fuel tank.
The 90° V2 Quattrovalvole 1200cc Guzzi engine produces 130 hp at 8000 rpm with peak torque of 120 Nm happens at 6000 rpm.

Steel trellis frame, inverted air cooled 2000cc engine, carbon swing arm..
Sounds crazy?
Sounds very outside the box to me and that’s what I like.
The bike is built and designed by Daniele ‘Titus’ Sabatini at Nembo Motociclette in Italy with the
philosophy : “less is more except for power and torque”.

Designed around the “Super 32 Rovescio” engine, also a Nembo Motociclette creation, the Super 32 has some quite nice features.
The frame is split in front and back with the engine block as a stressed part, the carbon fiber swing arm holds a carbon fiber wheel and the rear suspension is a Silvano Bellapadrona designed air suspension system.
Up front we find a similar carbon wheel and a more traditional 50mm USD fork

It is not correct to say that the engine is up side down, it was designed this way for several reasons, two of them being that the air cooled cylinders get good wind exposure, and that the crank case which is a stressed member
of the chassie has a favorable position in the layout, the swing arm is bolted solely in the crank case.
Data on the current prototype engine:

4 stroke – 3 cylinders – complying with Euro 3 emissions norms.
Bore : 100 [mm]
Stroke : 77 [mm]
Displacement : 1814 [cc] – 110.7 cubic inches
Compression ratio : 10.5 : 1
Valvetrain : SO(U)HC (single over(under) head camshaft)
Number of valves : 2 valves per cylinder
Cooling system : air/oil cooled
Lubricating oil system: dry sump
Clutch: Wet, multi-plate
Transmission : 6 speed
Maximum power : 160 [bhp] @ 7000 [rpm]
Maximum torque : 17 [kgm] @ 5250 [rpm]
Maximum engine speed : 7500 [rpm]
Weight : 90 [kg]

We look forward to the track test scheduled for February.

This is the Flying 1800 by Spanish firm Sbay Motor Co, it is the latest in the “production trend” in custom building,
Street fighter influenced bikes with V-engines, serious suspension and brake equipment produced in comparatively large numbers, the Flying 1800 has a European certificate to be sold up to 250 units.

6061T6 aluminium is used as frame material, the tig welding of the frame takes some 100 hours to complete, the engine is an 110i Rev-Tech Evolution (1840cc) with 45 Mikuni carburetor, air filter Forcewinder, but engines from Harley-Davidson, S&S, Total Performance or RevTech in displacement ranges from 1340cc to 2100cc could be fitted to customers choice.
Öhlins supply the suspension components and the brakes are a mix of components, master cylinder from ISR, hoses and 320mm disks from Galfer that are gripped by Brembo calipers.
The magnesium wheels are from Italian company Marchesini and the swing arm is a Ducati 916 unit.
The top frame tube doubles as the oil tank with an under-slung two part 14 L carbon fiber fuel tank with the battery and most of the electrics hidden in between.

Facts
Wheelbase: 1565mm.
Steering angle: 24.5.
Seat height: 850mm.
Weight: 211 kg
Rev-Tech six-speed gear box and 41mm BDL belt drive.
Continental Race Attack. Front 120/70 17 Rear 190/50 17.
